CBP Seizes Counterfeit Super Bowl Rings

On July 15, 2016, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Tampa International Airport, seized counterfeit NFL championship rings in a shipment from China, worth a total estimated Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $300,000.

The enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights is a Priority Trade Issue for CBP. Priority Trade Issues represent high-risk areas that can cause significant revenue loss for CBP, harm the U.S. economy, or threaten the health and safety of the American people.

If CBP has seized your imported merchandise for violation of intellectual property rights, then Davidson Law Group can help. Please call us for a free consultation at (305) 590-8538.
